Eric Lichtman

Eric Lichtman is a seasoned educator, facilitator, and speaker with advanced degrees in English, Education, and Drama from UC Berkeley. With more than 40 years of experience in education, teaching, and consulting in the United States and Europe, he remains actively involved in the broader men’s movement and transformational learning communities.

His work draws from Somatic Education, Tantra, meditation, and contemplative practices rooted in multiple wisdom traditions, including Time, Space, Knowledge Vision. Eric integrates stillness, movement, inquiry, and embodied awareness to create environments that support connection, presence, and authentic expression.

He is dedicated to supporting individuals and communities through communication, embodiment, and collective exploration.
